Spiritual coaching combines the progress and accountability of life coaching along with the power and strength of spirituality. It holds the philosophy that people have all the answers they will ever need within themselves. I will help you to find your own path and direction, and to find the answers to your spiritual questions within yourself.

A spiritual coach also holds the client accountable so that the client puts into action spiritual practices, beliefs, and values, as well as taking other steps to integrate spirituality into every facet of your life. Like all coaching it is results oriented. You will develop a plan of action to move forward, and I will help you follow through with that plan of action. As common blocks and obstacles arise, we will address them using various techniques.
